Back Lake Brook Cabin

This beautiful cabin is located right on the ATV trails. Features include air conditioning, 4 bedrooms sleeps up to 13, 2 bath, large kitchen, large dining room, large living room, washer & dryer, second seating/living room, paved driveway. Situated within walking distance to local restaurants.

Magnolia's Northern Lodge

This cabin sleeps up to 6 featuring, comfortable living area, screened in private porch with beautiful mountain views. Located directly on the ATV and snowmobile trails. 

Mallards Retreat

Relax at Mallards Retreat, a cozy lakefront cabin on Back Lake with a private boat dock. This cabin features a gas fireplace, comfortable living area, jacuzzi tub and a private deck with beautiful water views. Comfortably sleeping up to 4.

Cabin Rental Policy 

View Policies

Check in / Check out:

  • Standard check in time: 3:00pm 
  • Standard check out time: 10:30am
  • Early arrivals may be accommodated if possible; please contact us in advance. 

Deposit Policy / Rates:

  • Deposit equal to one night at base rate of that cabin. Base rate is a two person occupancy.
  • $40 per night for each additional adult.
  • Kids 17 and under stay free.  
  • 7th night free (excluding January, February, and March).

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made 10 days or more prior to arrival will receive full refund less a $10 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made inside of the 10 days; the deposit can be transferred to another reservation less the $10 cancellation fee. After a deposit has been rolled it can no longer be refunded.
  • Master guest will be charged for any damage to the cabin or property. 
  • Reservation no show, if you do not show for your scheduled dates you will be charged for the full stay booked unless any nights are able to be rebooked. 

All cabins are Non Smoking:

  • If any sign of smoking indoors is found an additional cleaning fee will be charged to the master guest. (minimum fee $100)

Pet Policy:

  • All cabins are pet - friendly. 
  • A$20 per pet, per night fee applies.
  • Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture. 
  • Pets cannot be left alone in the cabin
  • Pets must be leashed at all times in accordance with Pittsburg leash laws. 
  • Guests are responsible for picking up after their pets (inside & out). 
  • Any damage caused by pets will be charged to the master guest. 

Taxes & Fees 

  • An additional 8.5% NH room and meals will be applied to every stay.
